Less than an hour drive from Corpus Christi & less than 2 from San Antonio: 15 minutes from Freer with plenty of restaurants & supplies. Comfortable little bunk house with new futon bunk bed, sleeper sofa, electricity, & water tank to supply water. Property also has outside electricity with electrical hookups for an RV; Covered shooting range with Plywood target stands set up at 50 and 100 yards, & steel targets set 300 and 500 yards. Range is adjustable and distances can be set closer or pushed out to 1000 yards with a little clearing. Currently 3 working feeders that have been run year around. Feeders are lighted with solar powered security lights for nighttime hog hunting. Plenty of wildlife of whitetail, turkey, javelina, and more than plenty hogs.-Miles of roads and several clearings for hunting- There is a tank (pond) that could hold water with more rain.
