List to Sold Price Ratio: Improved to 97.2%, up 0.96% from last month. Sellers are achieving closer to their asking prices as pricing strategies align with current demand.

Median Sold Price: Increased to $400,000, up 26.98% from September. This notable rise likely reflects more higher-priced homes closing and fewer entry-level sales during the month.
