DeeNan and her husband Walt have enjoyed over 2 and a half decades of ranching and owning and operating a hunting lease in the beautiful Hill County area outside of Austin Texas.  They have always visited the Coastal Bend area on vacations and “talked about” being here permanently.  So, after much consideration, they decided to make this area their final home.  They purchased a home between Aransas Pass and Rockport and are now living their dream in a small paradise and enjoying the next chapter of their lives.  DeeNan brings with her over 15 years of experience in custom home construction and 20 plus years of management and customer service.  She knows the importance of earning and keeping her customers trust and confidence.  She values the experiences she has with the people she meets along the journey in life.  She is very excited to be part of the Rockport Properties team.
