Cheri Cross has always had a passion for real estate; her corporate career and customer relationship experience really enables her to provide clients a highly effective real estate experience. Cheri was born in Foley, AL (near Gulf Shores) and has always had a passion for fishing and the salt water. She was raised in San Antonio, TX and relocated to Houston, TX after graduation. Her career path was in the Human Resources field in Banking and she later moved into the Employment Service Sector as VP, Sales for several large staffing companies. Growing tired of the corporate world and looking for a relaxing place to get back to the salt water, she decided to move to Rockport area (where she frequented as a child with her family). Being so familiar with this area and the history of Aransas County is a true benefit to her clients. Her dad was an avid fisherman who retired in Rockport. Her focus on marketing and communication, coupled with her integrity, knowledge, and empathy to client’s needs, provides a refreshingly honest and intelligent approach to her client’s property transactions. Cheri most recently worked with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Premier Properties in Katy, TX. Cheri has now teamed with Rockport Properties, to leverage their extensive experience and premier market position, to provide clients with excellent mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and settlement providers. Cheri is the proud mother of one son and has a small Yorkie that keeps her busy. Cheri is very active in the community and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and various other community events.
