Real Estate Sales Manager

A native Texan, Nancy Wilke was raised in Houston and enjoyed a highly successful business career, for over 30 years, in Dallas. Her extensive background in the travel industry included executive positions in customer service and computer training, which led to her role as an international travel agent for large corporations such as Ericsson Telecommunications, Exxon-Mobil and IBM.

Nancy joined Rockport Properties in 2010, and her excellent communication skills are a valuable asset to the sales office. She effectively welcomes customers, coordinates appointments and graciously communicates with buyers and sellers on behalf of the sales team. Consistently supporting the agents, she provides her technical skills and is a team player.

After traveling the world, Nancy settled in Rockport in 2003 and is enthusiastic about the community and its small-town lifestyle. She enjoys fishing and bird watching in Lamar Peninsula, where she lives with her husband Javier.

Building Division Administrator

Armed with 13 years of experience with a local lumber and building materials company, Kristi Roberts joined Rockport Properties in 2002. Her knowledge of the building process, combined with her background in accounting, enables her to assist the sales team with their custom home customers, as well as their clients who purchase a home requiring renovations or repairs.

Her experience in design, along with a flair for creativity, lends itself to her responsibility for the production of professional brochures for luxury homes featured in the company’s collection of fine properties. This marketing assistance is invaluable to the sales team and consistent with the services they provide as a listing agent.

Kristi is active in her church, devoting time to various children’s programs. Dedicated to youth activities in the community, she supports the local pack of Cub Scouts of America as well as designs costumes for the Harbor Playhouse. She is currently starring in the Wizard of Oz production.

Born and raised in South Texas, with a majority of her life spent in Rockport, Kristi and her husband Larry enjoy spending time with their two sons, family members and friends.
