Hurricane Harvey was a real 2017 storm that battered the Gulf coast, but if you were to walk around downtown Rockport, Texas, you might think it was also a figment of Jimmy Stewart’s imagination.

Life is largely back to normal in downtown Rockport. The big festivals, city government, recreational activities, restaurants and shops, and even the real estate market are open again for business.
