Can't say enough wonderful things about Amanda. She helped us look for a home all the way from Corpus, to Portland, to Rockport. She took us all over in 2025 and then again in 2026 when we finally found our home. I cannot recommend her enough. Outstanding!

Working with Amanda was a wonderful experience, totally stress-free. She was always available, even at short notice (on which there were several occasions). Her knowledge of the coastal area and its surroundings was impressive. Her familiarity with plants, fish and wildlife was fun, teaching us some things about coastal life. Her connection to the community was evident, being aware of local businesses and services they offer. All in all, our time spent with Amanda as our agent was exciting and productive. We found a delightful piece of property on the canal and with Amanda’s negotiating expertise we were able to purchase it at a fair price.
